What makes a building the most 'luxurious' or 'best' in Sunny Isles?

If your going to pick one building, what criteria do we chose to determine what makes it the best?  The Porsche Design Tower is certainly a unique concept, and when money is of little object and you want and can afford the very best (incidentally 22 of the world's Billionaires have bought a unit in this project), why chose the Porsche Tower - as opposed to Regalia, or the Armani Residences or any other luxury Condo across Miami? For most of us we remember the iconic film '"Ferris Beulers' day off" where a Ferrari 250 GT California Spyder (A car so rare by todays standards it costs $10 million+) plays a pivotal part to the storyline. It is a prized possession that sits in a glass garage to be admired as a thing of beauty, a piece of mechanical art. This is really not that dissimilar to what visceral love of the automobile is achieved within the detail of the Porsche Residences. Being able to house your own 'mobile masterpiece' and accessorize your living space with your own supercar, seen through a glass wall to your living room. As a car junkie myself I can appreciate a great automobile (My first experience of appreciating the true mastery of Porsche as a driving machine and as a thing of beauty came in the form of a GT3-RS). As the project gets closer to completion (its due date for opening was this July 2016) and the creation has taken shape everyone is curious to get inside the project and see how it 'feels'. For it is the 'feeling' the 'stimulation of the senses' that we all determine what is truly luxurious. Aside from the car elevator and the satisfaction of automobile voyeurism we look deeper into the project as to what Porsche Tower has to offer. No doubt once the project opens we will see some owners take advantage of their original timing (many bought 2 years ago when prices were far less) and we will see a handful of resales. Luxury is not ACTUALLY in a name, neither is it just in a price tag. It is an awakening of the senses, its tactile stimulation, a visual feast, emotional satisfaction. Spendour, creating a 'condition of extreme comfort' and all importantly pleasure.... IS a stimulation of the senses. So the look and feel of the Luxury Condos of Miami is what will determine who is top dog.
